Outfall terms of service
Effective October 22, 2026. Web address: https://getoutfall.com/terms
Who we are
Outfall is made by Inferno45, based in North Carolina. "We" and "us" mean Inferno45. "You" means the company that signs up and the people it adds to its account.
What Outfall is
Outfall is software for septic and grease trap pumping companies to plan routes, record jobs, build manifests, track disposal and produce reports. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal, environmental or compliance advice.
Price and payment
Outfall is $19.99 per month per company, or $199.90 per year per company (two months free), in US dollars, with unlimited trucks and users. The price is all in: every feature, no setup fees, no per-truck or per-user fees and no paid add-ons.
You pay on this website through Stripe, our payment processor. The app has nothing to buy. There is no free trial.
Renewal and billing
Your subscription starts when you check out and renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you picked, until you cancel. We charge the card on file at the start of each period. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it, and your account stays open while it does. If the payment still fails after the retries, the app stops opening for your company until the bill is paid or you subscribe again. Your records are kept, so you can pick up where you left off.
If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then.
Cancel anytime
Cancel anytime from Manage billing (sign in with the email you used at checkout) or by emailing support@getoutfall.com. There are no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will make it right.
Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in your account. Tell us right away at support@getoutfall.com if you think someone got in who should not have.
Your records and compliance
Your company owns the records it enters. Your company is responsible for the accuracy of its records and for meeting every law, permit and rule that applies to it. Compliance presets in Outfall (federal, state and city) are researched from public sources, show the date they were last verified, may be incomplete or out of date, are not checked against your company's situation, and are not legal advice. Confirm your rules with your state or local regulator. Outfall is not approved or endorsed by the EPA, any state agency or any city.
Acceptable use
Do not use Outfall to break the law, to enter false records, to access another company's data, or to interfere with the service.
Availability
We work to keep Outfall running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. The app saves records on your phone and syncs when it can. Export the records you are required to keep.
No warranty
Outfall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, fines, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending service
You can cancel and stop using Outfall at any time, as described above. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above.
